These Terms of Service apply when you use www.leannegilroy.co.uk or place an order with Leanne Gilroy.

Products

We sell original artwork, limited-edition prints and, where offered, commissioned work. Product photographs are intended to represent the artwork as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens.

Print dimensions and product details are shown on the relevant product page. Print sizes include the mount where stated.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the item. We may need to contact you if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or requires further delivery information.

Some artworks and editions are limited. Availability shown on the website may change before an order is accepted.

Prices and shipping

Prices are shown in GBP (£).

UK delivery is free for eligible print orders unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. International delivery is quoted separately; please contact us before ordering or use the enquiry route provided at checkout.

Payment

Payment is taken through the secure payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will be processed once payment has been authorised.

Delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 5–7 working days. Delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on the delivery address and carrier.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. Please contact info@leannegilroy.co.uk before returning any item.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, text and website content remain the property of Leanne Gilroy unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or caused by circumstances outside our control.
