REFUND POLICY

Standard prints

You may request to return an eligible standard print within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, email info@leannegilroy.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Returned prints must be unused, undamaged and in their original protective packaging. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Once your return has been approved, please send the item back within 14 days. We will refund the purchase price to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original paintings

Original paintings that are not commissioned, personalised or made to order follow the same return process as standard prints.

Commissions, personalised and made-to-order work

Commissioned, personalised, made-to-order and custom-framed work cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind, except where the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the item and its packaging so we can help quickly.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
